The location is excellent, situated in a lovely area with shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. Memorial Park is just around the corner. We booked a guest room that included a complimentary bottle of wine, and it was soundproof with a spacious bathroom, making our 3-night stay very comfortable.

The weather was warm sunny, had real good stay on a Friday night. The location was quiet, within walking distance of The Entrance Heritage Walk. There was a wide array of lovely restaurants and a restaurant nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Tony who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were outstanding - clean, modern, and beautifully styled. Our kids were thrilled by the extra items and chocolates they received, making them feel extra special. The attached bar/restaurant served delicious food all day, and the free bottle of wine when we dined there was a great bonus. The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and we especially loved the beautiful views and walk around the hotel. The proximity to great cafes and the beach was also a huge plus. We can't thank the staff enough for their amazing service and making our family stay so memorable. If we ever visit Newcastle again, the Junction Hotel will be our top choice.
For families with children, my kids wished there was a play area or activity room within the hotel.

The hotel's modern design with a retractable roof and water feature made me feel like I was in a fancy oasis. The whiskey tasted like a decadent dessert. And the food, oh my, it was a culinary delight using the best local ingredients.
Having to pass through the smoking area to get to my car was such a breath of fresh air. Not.

The rooms were incredibly quirky and different, which we absolutely loved! They were also exceptionally clean and the air conditioning was perfect - not noisy at all. We were pleasantly surprised to find bottles of free water in the room, which were refilled every day. A bonus was that if you ate in the restaurant, you got a free bottle of wine. We were also lucky to find free parking both nights. The staff, especially Rolly, were so friendly and helpful. The room amenities were mind-blowing, with generous amounts of tea, coffee, and milk, as well as complimentary bottled water and chocolate treats. We were even amazed to find a coffee machine in the room. The bathroom felt like a 5-star hotel, with lovely body wash, cream, and hair products, and funky towels that we wished we had at home. The bistro served delicious meals, with fresh food beautifully prepared. The decor, including a glass retractable ceiling and water feature, made for a very pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed the great live music on Saturday evening. The location was super, with plenty of nice eateries just outside the door and close to the beach. The room itself was beautiful, with a big bed and a massive TV. Despite being above a bar, it was surprisingly quiet. The restaurant downstairs was definitely worth eating at, with great food. It was also less than a 5-minute drive to the main beach, and there was a great café next door for breakfast. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for everything, especially Rolly! 11/10!

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptional, providing enhanced comfort and a sense of luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, added to the overall convenience. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The location of this hotel was ideal, with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping options. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met.
